Product Description

It is a low-carbon chromium-nickel corrosion-resistant steel with high strength and hardness. It has good corrosion resistance to oxidizing acids (a certain temperature, concentration of nitric acid, most organic acids), and organic acid aqueous solutions. Sub-temperature quenching can effectively inhibit the high temperature temper brittleness of the steel. It can reduce the brittle transition temperature of steel, improve toughness, change the fracture morphology from quasi-cleavage type to dimple type, and increase the enrichment of alloying elements into the matrix and δ-ferrite, which improves the toughness of steel. At the same time still maintain a high intensity level. However, this steel has poor welding performance and is prone to cracks. Therefore, it is not suitable for welding when manufacturing tools. When the forging heating temperature is higher, although the α-phase of the steel increases, the plasticity is good, which is related to the strong recrystallization of part of the structure. The steel has the highest elongation at 1100°C. In order to improve the plasticity and surface quality of the steel, the stop forging and stop rolling temperature should be higher; at the same time, in order to obtain a uniform structure, a larger forging ratio should be adopted. Used as parts, containers and equipment with high resistance to corrosion by nitric acid and organic acids.
